  I had an American burger, cooked medium, and fries for Veterans Day. I thought the burger was delicious... probably one of the best I've had for a long time. Also, the fries were tasty. The bartenders, where I was sitting, were big on cleaning the bar and my food came out quickly. I don't usually eat out, so it was nice to be able to enjoy this experience.

  Went here once a few months ago. Waited about 20 minutes to be seated even though the entire restaurant was easily less than 70% occupied. I counted over ten empty tables while we waited. And easily another ten tables that were deserted but in need of bussing. The table next to us never got bussed the entire time we were here (almost two hours for a party of two), and it had dirty dishes before we even sat down, and the party has already left before we sat down.
  
  Got seated and waited about ten minutes before we realized we could order non-alcoholic drinks, apps, and entrees from the kiosk tablets on the tables (many other places only allow limited ordering capabilities). They were out of normal glasses so she brought our ice teas in very small cups. She said the only other option was a large styrofoam togo cup, so I asked for that because otherwise it'd take forever to get a refill.
  
  Our food came out fairly quickly, but it took forever to get a silverware rollup, so I couldn't even start on my soup.
  
  Finally when we were done, I went to pay on the tablet, and it looked like some other table's orders were on our check, so I had to wait to talk to the server again -- it almost looked like another party tried to order, but ended up walking out because of the service, and then we inherited their table. The server said she'd have to get the manager to help fix our check, but that took another 20-30 minutes. I had to ask her at least three times.
  
  I don't blame the hostess, the waitress, the bus staff, or the kitchen staff for any of the problems here. This is 1000% a management problem. I will never be back here again.

  Got here 4:30. Got our drinks at 445. My friend didn't get his drink till about 5pm. We got our appetizers on time. We finished them (we had already ordered our food when we got our drinks.) She comes over after we finished our appetizers and says "You guys haven't got your food yet?" AS IF WE HAD THE POWER TO MAKE IT APPEAR FASTER. They rush to get our food after they realized they messed up. Food comes at around 5:25. Its barely warm but edible because we were starving. THIS IS NOT GOOD.
