  Some of the most amazing food in the East Bay. The fermented tea leaf salad is unbelievable. The mango chicken and mango shrimp are outstanding. Service is usually very good, but I did have a situation once where they wanted to charge me for a Diet Coke refill.

  Great place for healthy eaters. Variety of choices available. I was there on Saturday evening, wait time was approximately half an hour. Tea Leaf Salad is very unique and filling just on its own. Superstar Shrimp was not too spicy but I would recommend ordering rice or a side as it is not filling. Great cozy place with nice atmosphere for small groups at most.

  I've been here twice now. Both times after a quick trip to SF when flying in/out of Oakland airport.
  
  The first time, I ordered two of their signature tea leaf salad kits and one for some reason wasn't sealed. Not only did it ruin some of my clothes and my luggage, but I also got home with no tea leaf salad. When contacting them to try to at least get a replacement kit, I heard crickets.
  
  The second time I went here, they had signs saying that their credit card machines were "down" and that they had only been able to accept cash. Luckily we had enough.
  
  Overall, this place is good. If it weren't for the tea leaf salad, It'd not be anything to write about or even a place I'd want to go. That is really the only reason to go here.
