  T4, I waited for this day to come
  Wanting Roasted Oolong, I wanted some
  So you finally came and there is much rejoicing
  Milk tea deliciousness you're planning on enforcing
  
  OK, so the good, it's T4, great drinks, (my two favorites are Roasted Oolong, 30% sweet, no ice, with grass jelly & Carmel milk tea 30% sweet, no ice, with pudding). The only drawback to this place is that when it gets busy, they're kinda slow. The workers are new and they're not as pro as the T4 in San Leandro, but they make the drinks alright.

  Nice hippy place but it can get real crowded with teenagers. Services is quick and drinks are on par with iTea. You can easily get caught up with their so called snacks that can be a meal in itself. My favorite is their basil chicken and curry fish ball.

  Yummy place...the aroma of their waffle maker will have you ordering more than expected. Drinks can be ordered to your liking: I preferred 50% to avoid too much sweetness.
